PLANT YOUR SEED TO VOTE.  REGISTER EARLY TO HARVEST CHANGE.

Led by Celebrity Chefs Spike Mendelsohn and Carla Hall, “PLANT YOUR VOTE” is a new initiative that brings together some of the nation’s most influential and renowned chefs with the collective goal of increasing voter participation in a fun and delicious way. 

Plant Your Vote encourages chefs, food lovers and anyone with an interest in cooking, food justice or democracy to share their favorite plant-based food photos and recipes on social media, in support of registering new people to vote.

How it Works

Participate in the Challenge!

Planting your Vote is easy! Here’s how to get started:

1. Take a photo or video of your favorite plant-based recipe.

Grab your chef hat and apron and take to the kitchen! Whether you’re cooking your favorite veggies, or snapping a picture of your home herb garden, we want to see what plant-based recipe you’re whipping up.


2. Share the photo or video on social media.

Make your voice heard on your favorite social media platform.  Share your recipe, tag us @plantyourvotechallenge and insert a link to plantyourvote.com, encouraging your followers and community to get their seed in the ground and register now!


3. Tag a few friends and encourage them to do the same.

Keep the challenge going! Tag your friends to participate so you can amplify the message. Don’t forget to tag us @plantyourvotechallenge and use the hashtag #PlantYourVote.
